Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 7 days after purchasing or ordering online for pick-up to return an item and receive a refund as store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Local Pickup Orders
Local Pickup orders are expected to be picked up within 7 calendar days. Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days will be cancelled and refunded as online store credit minus the Personal Shopper Fee and a 10% restocking fee.
If you picked up your order in the store and need to return something, bring your item back to the store within 7 days of your order date (not pick-up date) in the same condition that you received it along with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Shipped Orders
If your order was shipped to you, contact us by email to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order and state which items you need to return and the reason for the return. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of final sale/clearance items (discounted by 50% or more) or gift cards.
