Shipping Policy

Orders under $75: Flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99

Orders $75+: Free shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedE and typical delivery times are 3-4 business days for most of the country, depending on your proximity to Chicago, IL. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package ships so that you can track its progress. If the package is very small, it may not include a tracking number.

Local Pickup Orders

Local Pickup orders incur a Personal Shopper Fee based on the number of items ordered, ranging from $0.99-$4.99. This fee covers the time our team spends gathering your order, printing your records, and keeping your items tucked away safely until pickup.

Local Pickup orders are expected to be picked up within 7 calendar days from order date. Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days will be cancelled and refunded as online store credit minus a the Personal Shopper Fee and a 10% restocking fee.

We currently do not ship most bulky gear (i.e. strollers, high chairs), and bulky toys (i.e. bicycles, ride-on toys). These items -- along with everything else we offer online -- are available for in-store pickup. If you are interested in having something from these categories delivered, we can work with you to determine the cost to ship it to you.
